| among billions of stars that make up the Milky Way, | | | | So try to remain in the moment where there is no |
| our galaxy, and across the universe we know that | | | | fear (meditation can be a first step). Take a look |
| there are billions upon billions of galaxies, and we | | | | inside for a change - at your constant thoughts, |
| have not found the end of our universe yet, let | | | | which breed worry and take you out of your |
| alone figured out eternity.... and in all of this, and | | | | precious moment of real freedom. And your hard |
| perhaps in all the countless universes that there may | | | | opinions and judgments that create such negative |
